Greasezilla Ramps Up Production of Low Carbon Intensity Waste Feedstock for Biofuels Industry

Annually, the U.S. generates billions of gallons of FOG waste, sending more than 80 percent of it to landfills. By redirecting this massive waste stream, Greasezilla sites are able to capture and recover an increasingly larger proportion of brown grease while significantly decreasing waste and harmful emissions. Downey Ridge Environmental Company will have 30 installed sites by the end of 2023 and more than 50 locations through 2025, more than doubling the volume of brown grease recovered each year.
