“Let’s Clear the Air:” New Employee and Consumer Education Tool
(Urban Air Initiative) Have you checked out the new educational campaign we launched last month? It’s a campaign that gives you the tools to educate your employees and your community about the many benefits of ethanol blends. It’s broken into three areas, emissions, cost and engine benefits. We can provide you with the content, you just need a point person to help facilitate sending emails, printing and hanging posters and restocking coffee cups.
We’ve been working on this for more than a year and did a lot of research to get us started. We used ICM, Inc for a test campaign and found a large number of employees didn’t feel educated enough about ethanol. After the campaign, ICM saw a 45% increase in people filling up with higher ethanol blends and 90% of employees said they found the information useful.
We believe that by educating the people working directly in the ethanol industry, it can help create a grassroots groundswell to talk to others about the many benefits of ethanol blends.
