Just out, the Digest has obtained the powerpoint attached below (and published here, if you care to dig!) which will detail Washington’s struggle over the future of the RFS.

Bottom line, observers continue to see high costs in terms of fuel price increases associated with RFS compliance — costs that are likely to dampen the Administration’s interest in pushing for full compliance from obligated parties.
