Trump Taps Mulvaney for OMB

Mick Mulvaney to lead the Office of Management and Budget, POLITICO’s Ben Weyl reports . That would also put him in charge of overseeing the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, which almost singlehandedly chooses whether rules are implemented, modified, stalled for years on end or never see the light of day.
