Hong Kong Commerce Secretary Gregory So Tours New Biodiesel Plant
(Hong Kong Commerce & Economic Development Bureau/Biodiesel Magazine) Hong Kong’s Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Gregory So, visited the new biodiesel plant of ASB Biodiesel (Hong Kong) Ltd in Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate Oct. 10. The 100,000 ton per year (30 MMgy) plant is the 3,000th investment project completed by Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), and its first from Bahrain.
So congratulated the company on setting up its new plant in Hong Kong and expressed his appreciation for its vote of confidence by choosing Hong Kong for investment.
With the CEO of ASB Biodiesel (Hong Kong) Ltd, Anthony Dixon, So toured the plant’s advanced facilities, which occupy a total space of 18,000 square meters. The ASB Biodiesel plant is not only the largest biodiesel plant in Hong Kong, but also the first in Asia to make use of advanced multifeedstock technology to transform waste into biodiesel. READ MORE
