29th Oil Processing Short Course — April 29-30, 2023 — Denver, CO and ONLINE

These two days will cover chemistry, processing and quality control issues of oils and fats and new technologies for refinery optimization.
Smart Short Courses moves into LIVE events again. During the last twenty years, organizers of the meeting, Drs, Koseoglu and Debruyne have organized over 109 successful short curses and B2B programs. Now we bring the two technical short courses back in a fully updated version. These two short courses will bring together industry experts from around the world offering practical information on oilseed and oil processing and quality issues and how to integrate these in downstream products.
This program provides access to 20 live face-to-face presentations plus online access to 10 online video presentations from 2020-2022 programs
The program is directed at plant engineers, chemists, technicians, managers, and superintendents. The first program on fundamentals reviews the technologies and quality control aspects of edible oils processing. The second program deals with new methods and technologies to help processors to optimize their plant operations, optimize their systems and improve product quality. This is a unique opportunity for new plant personnel and for those who are experienced to meet experts in the field to discuss current problems and learn how to enhance their operations. The course material will also serve as a useful reference for processors, product formulators, chemists and technicians as well as business managers familiar with oils & fats processing, and the production of finished products. Target Group: Decision makers such as technicians, equipment manufacturers, product formulators, plant engineers, processors, chemists and sales and marketing specialists. READ MORE
