In a 25 x ’25 blog post, Reg Modlin, former director of regulatory affairs at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and senior advisor to the Ag-Auto-Ethanol Work Group, noted, “Until then (2050), and for decades after, liquid fuel will be used in transportation throughout the world.
