Ethanol mixed in petrol reduces pollutants including carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon gases and dust particles, reducing benzene content, sulfur content of gasoline, significantly reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

In fact, ethanol is now the only component in gasoline that addresses all air quality issues and climate change through reducing greenhouse gas emissions. All car manufacturers ensure vehicles can use E10 gasoline. E10 gasoline is also used safely and economically for motorcycles.
