Mariajose Parra - S&P Global
Based in the Mexico office, her team oversees coverage of waste feedstocks, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel, and biodiesel across the United States and Canada. Ethanol and credit markets are covered by colleagues based in Houston.

Mariajose is a chemical engineer with an MBA from ESDEN Business School and a sustainability certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to her work in biofuels, she gained five years of experience in the petrochemical industry.

Her team is part of Platts, where they provide price reporting and market insights to the biofuels sector. The broader team also has a global presence, with colleagues in Brazil, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Benjamin Peyton - S&P Global
Focused on Americas jet fuel and distillates, and is based in Houston, Texas. Benjamin has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Texas. Benjamin has seven years of experience covering the Americas Crude Oil, Refined Products, and Shipping markets at Price Reporting Agencies.
