Each year, NREL’s Industry Growth Forum recruits the most innovative, emerging clean energy start-up companies from across the globe to present to its investor base. Applicants range from prototype-stage to commercially ready with a renewable energy or energy efficiency technology solution. Since 2003, the companies have collectively raised over $6.4 Billion in growth financing.

The Industry Growth Forum is the perfect venue for growing companies to prepare, refine, and present their businesses to a wide range of investors. Entrepreneurial companies ranging from university and laboratory spinouts to commercially ready clean technologies from across the globe are encouraged to apply to present at the Industry Growth Forum. Thirty (30) companies are ultimately invited to present at the Industry Growth Forum.

Applicants selected as finalists will receive one (1) complimentary registration for the event(s) for which they applied. (valued at up to $450)
Applicants who are not selected to present are still invited to attend the Emerging Markets Day and the Industry Growth Forum at a discounted rate.
