Discovering Farmland: Teacher Awareness Immersion Program — August 31, 2017 — Sacramento, CA
Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council (MSR&PC) and the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance (USFRA), would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming Teacher Awareness Immersion Program.
We will select 20 teachers in the Sacramento area to embark on a farm tour and tour of an agricultural facility followed by an informational session (additional details below). Teachers will have the opportunity to speak directly with a farmer, ask questions and learn more about our new agricultural curriculum available to high school educators. AND…each attendee will receive a brand-new iPod touch and virtual reality headset! There is no cost for participation and the curriculum tools are free.
Our goal is to raise teacher and student awareness of modern agricultural practices through real life and in-person experiences.
If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form below, and a member of our team will get in touch with you shortly.
