Minn. Biodiesel Plant First to Pass RIN Integrity Network Audit

by Ron Kotrba (Biodiesel Magazine) Minnesota Soybean Processors is the first biodiesel plant to pass Genscape’s RIN Integrity Network audit.

… The passing of its audit gives MnSP the first green icon on Genscape’s dashboard map of biodiesel producers, making it easy for subscribed obligated parties to spot the facility as one that has passed the rigorous audit process, providing due diligence for RIN purchases. The RIN Integrity Network program was established by Genscape through support from the National Biodiesel Board to provide oil companies assurance that RINs originating from a registered biodiesel plant are valid, a measure undertaken to eliminate isolated but damaging cases of fraud in the marketplace.
