Green Racing Fuel ‘Ignite’ Gains Proven
by Michael Berenis (Tampa Sports Car Examiner) The world of green racing fuels is about to change! Eddie Bello is the world record holder for fastest Porsche in the Texas Mile. In 2008, he set the record with his 1200 horsepower Porsche. Now he has been testing a new and green ethanol racing fuel called “Ignite”. Ignite features the first 100% American made racing fuel that is totally green compliant. Not only is it green, it also is proven to show power gains. Eddie Bello tested this fuel on his 3.6 liter twin turbo Porsche 911 and instantly proved gains on the dyno of 71 horsepower and 114 pounds of torque. Not only was power gained, but mid range was increased by decreasing spool time and reducing turbo lag by 400 RPM. READ MORE
