Dutch Autosport Industry Drives Forward in Fuel Sustainability Stakes
(Biofuels International) The 48th edition of the ELE Rally in the Netherlands hosted races that had cars fuelled by Gasoline Ethanol Methanol (GEM) from second generation biofuels producer BioMCN.
…The BioMCN GEM concept has been developed and tested in collaboration with car brand Lotus Engineering since 2011. Production began early this year in partnership with sustainable motor sports promoter GUUTS and the Dutch National Autosport Federation backed the decision to test the GEM fuel.
