Call for Presentations: BIO International Convention  April 22-25, 2013   Chicago, IL  DEADLINE: September 27, 2012

The 2013 BIO International Convention program will feature more than 100 breakout sessions in 13 specialty tracks covering a wide variety of topics relevant to the biotechnology industry including healthcare, environmental issues, food and agriculture, industrial applications and more. Submit Your Session Here

BIO is looking to serve the educational needs of its diverse audience by creating a balanced program that is comprehensive and reflects a multitude of perspectives. Proposals that focus on key business, science and policy issues are particularly encouraged. BIO will review and evaluate session proposals based on the following criteria:

  • Educational value
  • Topic timeliness
  • Subject matter appeal
  • Appropriate audience type
  • Speaker qualifications and expertise
  • Newsworthiness and novelty

Accepted sessions will receive a slot of 60 to 75 minutes in the convention program.  All breakout session applications must be finished prior to the submission deadline, September 27, 2012 at 5:00 pm (EST).  READ MORE
