Advanced Biofuels Workshop Guest Speaker Presentations Posted
(US Department of Energy) On August 1, the US Department of Energy’s Energy Information Administration held a workshop with video conferencing. Specifically, the Office of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Analysis conducted a workshop to explore the opportunities and challenges of commercializing advanced (cellulosic) biofuels technologies and their representation in the AEO 2013 forecast. The workshop focused on existing technologies, the level of commercialization, and regulatory factors influencing the development of advanced biofuels.
Among the speakers, Advanced Biofuels USA founder and treasurer, Bob Kozak, presented “Brazil: A Model for a U.S. Biofuels Industry? Lessons Learned.”
